Eileen,
So, so sorry to hear that you Dad has passed away. He was most unique, and will be missed.
I remember your parents taking all of us to Chinatown in Chicago to celebrate my graduation from 8th grade. (It was also the day I learned how to eat w/ chopsticks!
Your dad insisted! 😊
I chose this card with flowers and leaves on it because I remember how much your dad liked his garden – he always had an ingenious watering system for the hanging plants on the patio.
He had an infectious laugh – I remember one dinner at your house (your parents made a wondrous rice mixture wrapped in big leaves), and your Dad had my mom laughing so hard!
There are so many happy memories with the friendship between our families. I’m so glad to have that connection.
Love you lots, Eileen, and your whole family.
Always,
Mia & Graham too!
